Junior Producer Responsibilities:
Served as the Producer Point of Contact for the Mainstage production of Carousel
Assisted in transforming a Church auditorium into a functional performance venue
Transported props (including prop weaponry), costumes, and chairs between venues
Assisted designers and directors in executing their artistic visions
Assisted in deciding seating configurations & ensured fire safety rules were followed
Managed the festival's box office, including daily monitoring of the voicemail and email
Managed outreach to and intake of the festival's Free Ticket Program volunteers
Took charge of planning and preparing to move the Mainstage Company out of Housing
Curated the festival's annual Company Cabaret
Served as Front of House manager for select performances
Served as Company Manager twice per week
Assisted in the creation of marketing materials
Assisted at all Mainstage strikes
Coordinated with a team of three other Junior Producers
